PRISON FOR FAILURE IN THERAPY?

Texas's supreme court has said that it is constitutional to charge someone that is civilly committed with a third degree felony for failure in therapy. This is outlandish and completely contrary to the constitution. First it can never be proven that a person will commit another crime. It is very questionable if it can even be proven that one is likely to. Nevertheless, if a psychologist says that this person in his program is not advancing or if the person refuses treatment, which is a constitutional right, then Texas will charge this person with a third degree felony. Some have received life sentences! A mentally retarded man was put in prison for calling his mother, because she was not approved. The sad part is that sex offender recividism is so unlikely, yet these people are sitting in prison and may have never committed another crime in their lives.
DOES THE UNITED STATES EVEN HAVE A CONSTITUTION ANYMORE?
WHO IS NEXT? WHERE WILL THIS END? SURELY YOU DON'T THINK THEY WILL STOP WITH SEX OFFENDERS!
